We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible, the ring must be in its original condition, unworn, and free of any damage. Items returned that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

2. Pack Your Ring: Safely package the ring in its original box or a secure alternative to prevent damage during shipping.
3. Ship It Back: We’ll provide you with a return label or instructions on how to send the item back. Please ensure that the return is shipped within 7 days of receiving your return instructions.

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you’d like to exchange your ring for a different size, color, or style, please contact us and let us know within 14 days of the original purchase. We’ll help you find the perfect fit and send your replacement ring once we’ve received the original item.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement or a full refund.
